Terms and Conditions – Montreal Studio Media

1. Scope

These terms cover services provided by Montreal Studio Media:

  • Virtual twin creation (image/video, voice)

  • Automated sales systems setup

  • Professional and/or UGC video production (or combination)

  • Script and visual optimization

  • Branding and online presence management

2. Subscription, payment and customer portal

  • Service starts after the first month’s payment and receipt of required information (post-payment form).

  • Monthly, no-commitment subscriptions, fully manageable and cancellable anytime via the Stripe customer portal (card updates, plan changes, instant cancellation).

  • Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), exclusive of taxes.

  • Monthly recurring billing via Stripe.

3. Video deliverables frequency

Based on 4 weeks per month:

  • Starter: 1 video/week → 4 videos/month

  • Pro: 2 videos/week → 8 videos/month (+ 1 bonus video)

  • Premium: 4 videos/week → 16 videos/month (+ 2 bonus videos)

Content type choice: professional video, UGC, or hybrid, set in the monthly brief.
The weekly delivery day is agreed at onboarding and remains consistent.

4. Automated sales systems

  • Starter: 1 active channel (WhatsApp, Messenger, or website), automated responses.

  • Pro: 2 channels, automatic follow-ups, integrated payment links.

  • Premium: full message management, seasonal video campaigns, optional sales commission.

5. Client obligations

  • Provide necessary materials (logos, brand assets, accounts, scripts/products) on time.

  • Approve or request revisions within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Respect payment deadlines.

6. Revisions and out-of-scope work

  • Each video includes 1 simple revision (text/logo/music).

  • Major changes or out-of-scope requests will be quoted separately.

7. Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancel anytime via Stripe, with immediate effect to stop future billing.

  • No refunds for the current month; service remains active until the end of the paid period.

8. Intellectual property

  • Transfer of unlimited usage rights after full payment.

  • MSM may showcase creations in its portfolio unless the client opts out in writing.

9. Liability

MSM provides professional, compliant services.
MSM is not liable for delays or outcomes caused by missing materials or approvals.

10. Governing law

Laws of Quebec (Canada). Jurisdiction: courts of Montreal.
